A special edition 2018 Holden Colorado LSX has been announced, the newest addition to the Colorado ute range will launch from $44,990 drive-away.
Jumping on the lifestyle ute bandwagon, the Colorado LSX has all the regular features from the LS model it is based on such as 3.5-tonne towing capacity, impressive payload and ‘shift-on-the-fly’ 4WD but also brings 18-inch black alloy wheels, matte black extended sports bar with ‘Colorado’ branded plate inserts, and black front grille to spice it up.
The Colorado LSX also gets stickers! A large ‘Colorado’ branded rear decal dons the tailgate. Other upgrades also include muscular black fender flares and a soft tonneau cover.
Power comes from the same 2.8-litre four-cylinder turbocharged diesel unit found throughout the rest of the line-up, which is capable of 147kW of power and 500Nm of torque.
Holden’s Executive Director – Marketing, Mark Harland, stated: “We know a lot of our Colorado customers want to make their truck standout from the crowd and accessories are a great way to do that.”
“Colorado LSX combines some of our most striking and impactful accessories - inspired by the 2016 Colorado Xtreme concept car – while maintaining exceptional customer value,” he added.
Limited numbers will be available which include 800 Crew Cab Pickups and 200 Crew Cab Chassis which all go on sale in Holden dealerships from March 12, 2018.
All Colorado LSX models will also be eligible for Holden’s promotional three years free scheduled servicing, a five-year warranty and five years roadside assist if purchased before March 31, 2018.
