BMW Australia has announced equipment upgrades and pricing revisions across the X1 and X2 lines with buyers now getting additional technology and infotainment features.

Headlining the upgrades is the inclusion of the Navigation System Plus on all X1 and X2 variants which adds an 8.8-inch colour touchscreen display and app-style interface.

Previously only available as a $479 option, Apple CarPlay smartphone mirroring tech is also standard across all models.

Safety gets a bump with a head-up display now included on all model grades.

The X2 sDrive18i also gains new 19-inch light alloy wheels finished in Orbit Grey. Previously, this variant sat on 18-inch alloys.
