Fiat Australia has announced the arrival of the 60th Anniversary Fiat 500 special edition, it will be very exclusive with only 60 units available.

Available only as a cabriolet, the 60th Anniversary Fiat 500 invokes a dash of nostalgia with a vinyl dashboard, vintage logo on the front and a chrome finish on the bonnet.
Setting the 60th Anniversary Fiat 500 special edition apart from other 500s will be unique dual-colour paintwork – a three-layer white for the body of the car and pastel ivory for the bonnet and pillars – with grey and burgundy waistrail and a grey fabric roof.
Chrome mirror caps and special 16-inch lightweight alloy wheels complete the exterior styling. A special ‘560’ logo is found on the door pillar, chrome sill and numbered limited edition nameplate.
Found on the inside is a retro theme with tubular seat elements in ivory leather and burgundy seams for contrast matching the centre dashboard with bespoke dual-colour car mats completing the look.
Standard features including a Dualogic auto transmission, leather gear knob and steering wheel with built-in commands, a 7-inch Uconnect touchscreen system with Bluetooth, USB and AUX IN ports, 7-inch TFT instrument display, automatic climate control, fog lights, rear parking sensors as well as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The 60th Anniversary Fiat 500 will be powered by the same 1.2-litre 51kW/102Nm four-cylinder petrol engine from the standard 500 and 500C.
Enthusiasts can drive away in the 60th Anniversary Fiat 500 special edition from $28,990 plus on-road costs with the first deliveries expected in March 2018.
