All car manufacturers are now doing extensive public relations work to highlight low emissions technology and set timelines for the transition away from fossil fuels, it’s now Infiniti’s turn.
Infiniti Motor Company has announced that from 2021 new vehicles with electrified powertrains will be introduced.
Beautifully designed vehicles, such as the Q Inspiration concept, with a new level of electrified driving performance are on the agenda taking Infiniti’s current powertrains to the next level.
On offer will be a mix of pure electric vehicles (EV) and e-POWER vehicles demonstrating the range of low emission technologies available from Infiniti.
The e-POWER technology is set to feature a small petrol engine which charges a high-output battery. This eliminates the need for an external charger but allows for the convenience of refuelling with petrol, all while offering the driving experience of a pure EV.
Infiniti is expecting that more than half of its global sales will be electric vehicles by 2025.
