Ten years have rolled by since Lexus introduced its performance ‘F’ brand, to mark the occasion a showcase of the range will be on display at the 2018 Goodwood Festival of Speed in the UK.
The display will include the first ‘F’ model, the IS F sedan, as well as other iconic cars including the V10-powered LFA supercar, RC F coupe and GS F sedan.
Also at the event will be five-time Daytona winner and former LFA development driver Scott Pruett. He will be providing his services behind the wheel of the mighty RC F GT3 race car as he puts it through its paces up the famous hill.
A race-ready RC F Cup sporting a one-of-a-kind Lexus ‘F’ livery and driven by Jack Hawksworth from the 3GT Racing team in the US can also be seen, as can an LFA driven by test driver Abbie Eaton from The Grand Tour television program.
On debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed will be the limited-edition production RC F coupe that commemorates the 10th anniversary of ‘F’ which will be on display in the First Glance paddock.
Limited editions of the RC F and GS F are set to arrive in Australia later this year. Both cars will also feature a special blue interior colour with the exterior finished in matte grey.
The Goodwood Festival of Speed will run from Thursday, July 12 until Sunday, July 15 2018, on the grounds of Goodwood House, West Sussex, England.
