Nissan has revealed three new N-Sport special editions across the 370Z, X-Trail and Pathfinder model lines.
Last year, Nissan added an N-Sport variant to the Navara range which went on to sell 500 units. That success has provided the catalyst for these new offerings.
Kicking off with the 370Z N-Sport, the yellow-and-black exterior pays homage to the Datsun 280ZX 'Black Gold’ edition which was designed to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Z, in 1980.
The current special edition features GT-inspired exterior graphics over the bonnet, roof, boot lid and doors (proper classy). There’s also 18-inch black alloy wheels and black gloss side mirrors. Diamond Black and Shiro White exterior paint colours are also offered ($550).
On the inside, buyers get yellow accents on the steering wheel, gear shifter, knee pads, dash and door trims, while the seats are trimmed in black cloth with a yellow embroidery.
Only 50 units of the 370Z N-Sport are available priced from $48,490 plus on-road costs.
Nissan will also offer 600 N-Sport special editions of its popular X-Trail SUV priced from $39,250 plus on-roads.
Based on the five-seat X-Trail ST-L, the N-Sport will be offered in both front and all-wheel drive configurations. Additional equipment includes 18-inch black alloy wheels, black mirror caps, black front grille, black front and rear bumper inserts and roof rails.
The X-Trail N-Sport will be available in four exterior colours - Diamond Black, Gun Metallic, Brilliant Silver and Ivory Pearl.
Larger families are catered for with an N-Sport variant of the seven-seat Pathfinder ST-L two-wheel drive automatic.
The Pathfinder N-Sport adds 20-inch black alloys, black mirror caps, black front grille, black front and rear bumper inserts and roof rails. Available in Diamond Black, Gun Metallic and Ivory Pearl, only 250 units are available priced at $56,425 (plus on-roads).
All N-Sport models are on sale from August 1.
