Australia’s first limited edition RAM 2500 has been announced with the brute of a ute to feature black styling details in line with its ‘Code Black’ signature.
Matt black grille, black heavy duty arch flares, black front and rear bumpers, as well as the badging and rear-view door mirrors in black, adorn the limited edition offering as the name might suggest.
The RAM 2500 Code Black limited edition will also feature massive 20-inch black finish alloy wheels in keeping with the theme. Wrapped in NITTO ‘Terra Grappler’ 275/65 R20 A/T 126/123R all-terrain tyres, the RAM 2500 in Code Black guise will be able to perform off-road duties and on-road duties with ease.
A 6.7 litre Cummins turbo diesel engine will make sure of this as it provides 276kW of power and 1084Nm of torque. This also allows for an impressive towing capability, depending on the configuration, with up to a maximum of up to 6942kg.
The RAM 2500 Code Black limited edition will be priced at a whopping $149,500 (plus on-roads). Despite the hefty price tag, the RAM 2500 is supported with an average three year/100,000 km warranty.
