Renault Australia has announced the arrival of the Koleos S-Edition which will feature additional equipment and a unique specification.
Priced at $44,990 drive-away, the S-Edition is based on the Intens variant and gets exclusive sill plates, black leather seat trim with blue perforations and blue contrast stitching, metallic black mirror caps and 19-inch alloy wheels.
Four exterior colours will be available: Solid White, Universal White, Meissen Blue and Grey Metallic. Colours other than Solid White attract an $880 cost.
Powering the Koleos S-Edition will be the same engine as found in the Intens, a 2.5-litre naturally-aspirated four-cylinder petrol engine developing 126kW of power and 226Nm of torque. It will be mated with a continuously variable transmission (CVT) that drives the front wheels.
Andrew Moore, Managing Director, Renault Australia, said: “The Renault Koleos is the best-selling model in the Renault Australia line-up.”
“We’re confident this new addition will boost interest and sales levels still further,” Moore added.
The 2017 sales reports saw the Koleos achieve a 104.7 per cent increase in sales from 2016.
The Koleos S-Edition is priced from $44,990 drive-away and will be backed by Renault’s five-year factory warranty and capped price servicing.
