Following the success of last year’s Civic +LUXE sedan, Honda has announced the availability of a +LUXE hatch variant priced from $29,990 drive-away.

 

Based on the Civic VTi-S hatch, the +LUXE package adds leather trim, heated front seats, an 8-way power adjustable driver’s seat and limited edition ‘+LUXE’ badging.

 

Metallic paint is also standard, buyers can choose from Sporty Blue metallic, Lunar Silver metallic, Modern Steel metallic and Platinum White pearlescent.

 

Carryover equipment from the VTi-S includes smart keyless entry with push-button start, front and rear parking sensors, Honda’s LaneWatch blind spot monitoring system, 16-inch alloy wheels, front fog lights and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.

 

Power comes from a 1.8-litre naturally-aspirated four-cylinder petrol engine producing 104kW and 174Nm paired with a continuously-variable transmission (CVT).

The Honda Civic +LUXE hatch will start arriving in dealerships around Australia during June.
