Specification upgrades and pricing have been announced for the 2019 Mini range, with the headline act being the addition of the Driver Assistant Package as standard which includes autonomous emergency braking (AEB).

Along with the aforementioned AEB, the Driver Assistant Package also adds forward collision warning, automatic high beam and speed sign recognition as standard to all 3- and 5 door Hatch and Convertible models.

Cooper S and JCW 3- and 5-door hatch variants as well as Cooper, Cooper S and JCW Convertibles will also benefit from the addition of Comfort Access which enables keyless entry and push-button start.

All Mini Cooper S body styles also get the 8.8-inch Professional Navigation system as standard, as does the Countryman SUV range.

“These additions further display our commitment to delivering continually improved substance to the Mini range,” said Mini Australia General Manager, Brett Waudby.

“By adding-in key safety and convenience features, we have enhanced the customer experience while representing better value than ever.”
