Australian specs and pricing have been announced for the updated Audi RS4 Avant, RS5 Sportback and RS5 Coupe.
The trio is due in local dealerships from July 24 with prices starting from $147,900 plus on-road costs for the RS4, and $150,900 plus on-roads for both body styles of the RS5.
Power comes from the 2.9-litre twin-turbo engine found in the outgoing models, it develops 331kW of power and 600Nm of torque. An eight-speed tiptronic automatic transmission sends power to the quattro all-wheel drive system.
The RS4 Avant runs from 0-100km/h in 4.1 seconds, while the RS5 models can hit triple figures in 3.9 seconds. All three cars have an electronically limited 250km/h top speed.
Each variant is fitted with RS sport suspension and debut two new RS 1 and RS 2 modes within Audi Drive Select that can be quickly accessed via the steering wheel and configured for specific high-performance settings.
Equipment highlights include metallic paint, Matrix LED headlights, 20-inch Audi Sport wheels, gloss red RS brake calipers, and an RS sports exhaust system with gloss black oval tailpipes.
The cabin gets Nappa leather trim with honeycomb stitching, stainless steel pedals, illuminated RS door trims, extended upholstery package, a flat-bottomed RS steering wheel, heated electric seats with lumbar support and massage function, convenience key, privacy glass, panoramic sunroof and an electric tailgate with gesture control.
Also included is the Audi virtual cockpit, a 10.1-inch MMI touch display, a Bang & Olufsen 3D sound system (19 speakers, 755 watts), digital radio and wireless phone charging.
The safety kit features a head-up display, 360-degree cameras, adaptive cruise control with stop & go and traffic jam assist, park assist, Audi pre-sense front and rear, active lane assist, alarm and auto-dimming exterior mirrors.
The new Audi RS4 Avant, RS5 Sportback, and RS5 Coupe are available to order now ahead of a showroom arrival from July 24.
