Fiat Chrysler Automobiles has announced specs and pricing for the tweaked 2020 Fiat 500 range.
The range now starts at $19,250 plus on-road costs for the Lounge variant, a jump of $1260 over the former entry-level Pop model.
At the top of the two model line-up is the new Club variant which starts at $23,250 plus on-roads. Both models are available in coupe or convertible body styles.
Regardless of the body or model designation power comes from a 1.2-litre four-cylinder petrol engine producing 51kW and 102Nm. The base Lounge variant is exclusively paired with a five-speed manual transmission, while the rest of the range gets the five-speed Dualogic automatic.
Fiat’s announcement didn’t mention the new mild-hybrid version of the 500 that was revealed last week.
As standard, the Lounge model gets a 7.0-inch Uconnect infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 7.0-inch digital instrument cluster, Bluetooth, rear parking sensors, cruise control, climate control, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and 15-inch alloy wheels.
Stepping up to the Club variant adds larger 16-inch wheels, fog lights, exterior chrome trim, automatic headlights, rain-sensing wipers and digital radio. Coupe models also get a fixed glass sunroof.
