Land Rover has confirmed specs and pricing for the 2020 Range Rover Velar line-up, the dramatically trimmed range now starts at $82,012 plus on-roads.
The Velar range now consists of a more manageable 13 variants. The familiar S, SE and HSE trim levels remain, however, they are now linked to the powertrain. The S spec will only be available with the base petrol and diesel engine, the SE will be reserved for mid-spec grades while the HSE is limited to the business end of the range. The R-Dynamic package can be optioned across the range.
Buyers will still have plenty of choice, seven engine options are available including four-cylinder petrol and diesel units along with a supercharged V8 that powers the flagship SVAutobiography Dynamic.
All models now get keyless entry, DAB+ digital radio and smartphone mirroring as standard. There’s also a new grey exterior paint option.
