Australian specs and pricing have been confirmed for the new 2020 Volkswagen T-Roc ahead of a showroom debut in April.
At launch, Volkswagen will offer the T-Roc in high-grade 140TSI Sport guise priced from $40,490 plus on-road costs, along with a T-Roc X Special Edition which starts at $42,990 plus on-roads.
Initially, customers can be first in line to secure the T-Roc via a refundable $500 online deposit on the Volkswagen Australia website.
From June, the T-Roc 110TSI will join the line-up though pricing for this variant is yet to be confirmed.
The launch variants are powered by a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine which develops 140kW of power and 320Nm of torque. It’s matched to a seven-speed DSG automatic transmission that sends drive to Volkswagens 4Motion all-wheel-drive system.
Buyers should note, the T-Roc X Special Edition will be limited to 200 examples finished in white with a red roof or red with a black roof.
