Australian specs and pricing have been confirmed for the 2021 Kia Sorento ahead of a showroom arrival later this month.
After outlining the price range last week, individual trim levels and drive-away pricing details have been published on the brand’s website.
Locally, Kia will offer four grades – S, Sport, Sport+ and GT-Line – with both petrol and diesel engine options. Pricing starts at $46,990 drive-away and tops out at $64,990 drive-away.

Dimensionally, the new Sorento is 4810mm long (+10mm), 1900mm wide (+10mm), 1695mm high with a 2815mm wheelbase (+35mm).
With all seven seats in place, the new Sorento offers 187L of cargo space which can be increased to 821L with a five-seat configuration.
Petrol models are equipped with a 3.5-litre petrol V6 developing 200kW and 332Nm. It’s paired with a conventional eight-speed automatic that drives the front wheels.
The diesel Sorento uses a 2.2-litre turbocharged four-cylinder unit to produce 148kW and 440Nm. It’s matched with the brand’s new wet-type eight-speed dual-clutch automatic and an on-demand all-wheel drive system.
The 2021 Kia Sorento is due to arrive in Australian showrooms later this month.
