Mazda Australia has confirmed pricing for the 2021 BT-50 ute range will start at $44,090 plus on-road costs.
$44,090 plus on-road costs will get you a 4x2 XT dual-cab chassis. Pricing runs to $59,990 plus on-road costs for the flagship GT dual-cab pickup.
Initially, Mazda will offer the dual-cab across XT, XTR and GT trim levels. The entry-level XT will be available in both cab chassis and pickup configurations, while the XTR and GT models will be only offered as a pickup.

As with the related Isuzu D-Max, the BT-50 is powered by a 3.0-litre turbo-diesel four-cylinder engine producing 140kW and 450Nm, it’s matched with either a six-speed manual or six-speed automatic.
XT and XTR models will be available as a 4x2 with an automatic transmission.
Every BT-50 has a braked towing capacity of 3500kg, a payload of between 1055-1106 kg (depending on the variant) and an 800mm wading depth.
