BMW Australia has announced an expanded M Pure line-up for 2020 that includes the M340i xDrive Pure, X2 M35i Pure, X5 M50i Pure and X6 M50i Pure.
Locally, the four new varinats will join the already announced M550i xDrive.
The M Pure trim levels retain the same powertrain as the model on which they are based with revised equipment levels to lower the price point.

BMW M models are a lucrative part of the brand’s business in Australia, with 40 per cent sales growth in 2019. Not bad in a declining new car market.
Globally, BMW M sold 135,829 vehicles representing a 32.2 per cent increase on the 2018 result.
The growth in sales is on the back of an ever-increasing model line-up, that includes more performance SUVs such as the X3 M and X4 M.
In 2020, the M range will grow again with the M8 Competition Coupe and Gran Coupe, M2 CS, and the X5 M and X6 M Competition models arriving Down Under.
