Sydney’s Pitt Street Mall is the home of the first Genesis Studio in Australia after the ribbon was officially cut marking the opening.

 

Executive Vice President, Global Head of the Genesis Brand, Manfred Fitzgerald unveiled the new flagship studio at a cocktail event.

 

The new Genesis Studio Sydney is located in the heart of the Sydney CBD and is promising a premium customer experience wrapped in an exclusive setting which features a spiral staircase encircled by a spectacular, bespoke large-scale curved LED screen.

 

Fitzgerald commented, “Genesis Studio Sydney ushers in a new exclusive way to buy and own a luxury car, providing customers with all-encompassing premium ownership experience.”

 

The latest G70 and G80 luxury sedans will be showcased at the Studio prior to being joined by the brand’s first SUV next year.

 

In a Tesla-esque fashion, the Genesis Studio experience, in conjunction with the online build and order fixed pricing website, forms part of an omni-channel business model and gives customers the convenience of being able to purchase from the comfort of their own home or in person.

 

The Genesis To You program, which will give customers a test drive home-delivery service, a convenient handover delivery for new purchases, and concierge pick-up and delivery for scheduled servicing, will complement the Genesis Studio experience. 

 

This is in conjunction with the all-inclusive ownership package which gives Genesis customers a five-year/unlimited kilometre warranty, five years free scheduled servicing, five years 24/7 roadside assist, five years worth of free map updates and a five-year subscription to Genesis Connected Services and the exclusive ‘Genesis To You’ valet service.

 

Genesis Studio Sydney will soon be joined by Genesis studios in Melbourne and Brisbane from 2020.

 

The current Genesis range starts at $59,300 plus on-road costs for the G70 and $68,900 plus on-roads for the larger G80.
