Lexus Australia has expanded its Encore Owner Benefits Program by adding capped-price servicing.

 

The capped-price service coverage applies to all Lexus models delivered from January 1, 2020.

 

For new Lexus vehicles the first three 12 months/15,000km standard logbook services will be capped at $495 for CT, UX, IS, NX, ES, GS and RC vehicles, and $595 for RX, RC F, GS F, LC and LS models.

 

The LX will also have the first six bi-annual /10,000km services capped at $495.

 

At this stage, capped pricing only applies to the first three years of ownership which doesn’t line-up with the brand’s four-year warranty coverage.

 

It’s also worth noting, the new service program removes the free first service which was available under the previous provisions.

 

The Encore Owner Benefits Program also includes complimentary pick-up and return of the vehicle from home or work, a loan car, and exterior wash and interior vacuum while the service is undertaken.
