MG Motor Australia has a lot to celebrate this New Year after recording a 176 per cent increase in sales during 2019.

 

In total, 8326 new MG vehicles were registered in 2019 with 720 of those sold in December alone, boosted by the arrival of the new MG HS SUV.

 

For 2019, sales of vehicles were as follows: MG3 4017, ZS 3729, GS 361, MG6 Plus 110 and HS 109.

 

MG has built momentum on the back of new metal in the form of the ZS and MG3, and we expect the HS to rival its stablemates in terms of numbers in 2020.

 

To keep the roll going, MG has confirmed the dealership network will expand in 2020 with new locations to include Darwin, Caboolture, Lismore and the NSW Central Coast taking the total number to 51 dealerships around the nation.
