SsangYong Australia has announced details of its Service Price Menu, the brand’s capped-price service program.
Along with the standard service costs, SsangYong is offering complete transparency by listing the price of everything from wiper blade replacements to changing the automatic transmission fluid.
Regardless of the model, maintenance intervals are set at 12 months or 15,000km, whichever comes first.
Service costs for the Musso ute start at $375 before any incidentals, it’s the same for diesel variants of the Rexton SUV. Service pricing for the entry-level petrol Rexton opens at $335.
Moving to the petrol Tivoli, each service will cost owners $290 plus any miscellaneous items that require replacing.
Servicing diesel-powered Tivoli and Tivoli XLV models start at $322 before any additional service menu items are added.
"We believe we have put together Australia's most comprehensive and best value after care package," said SsangYong Australia Managing Director Tim Smith.
"It's the final piece of the SsangYong Triple 7 warranty: seven years' unlimited kilometres, seven years' roadside assist and seven years' service price menu.
"We have provided a program that delivers owners a straightforward, transparent price list and a standardized service schedule each 12 months/15,000 kilometres," said Mr Smith.
