As the month progresses only one vehicle recall notice has been issued this week from French marque Peugeot.

 

The faulty vehicles in question are 2018 Peugeot 5008 SUVs (VINs found here) which may not have the spare wheel support mounting tightened to the correct torque to meet specifications. This could lead to the spare wheel becoming loose and potentially dropping to the ground increasing the risk of an accident and injury occurring.

 

Peugeot will attempt to contact known owners via mail to advise that an appointment needs to be made with their preferred Peugeot dealer to have the spare wheel support mount checked and replaced if necessary.
