Specs and pricing have been announced for the 2021 Skoda Octavia range ahead of a local arrival in April.
At launch, Skoda will offer three trim levels along with a choice of liftback or wagon body styles.
Pricing starts at $30,390 plus on-road costs for the 110TSI Ambition and tops out at $49,090 plus on-roads for the RS flagship.
Dimensionally, the Octavia liftback now measures 4689mm long, 1829mm wide and 1470mm high, while the wagon is 1468mm high. Both bodies ride on a 2686mm wheelbase.
Octavia 110TSI Ambition and Style variants are powered by a 1.4-litre turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine developing 110kW of power and 250Nm of torque. Drive is sent to the front wheels through an eight-speed torque converter automatic transmission.
The flagship Octavia RS uses a 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine producing 180kW of power and 370Nm of torque. It’s matched to a seven-speed (wet) dual-clutch automatic transmission and front-wheel drive.
